How to buy at fuji sports spain
Here we explain how to make purchases at Fuji Sports Spain.
Buying is very simple, you just have to follow the following steps:
- Add products to your shopping cart.
- Once you have your products, click on the button "Make a purchase".
- Enter your email and your user password. If you don't have an account, you can create one in the section on the left by entering your email. Then it will ask for your contact information.
- Select the available shipping method.
- Select the payment method you prefer.
- And finally you confirm the order.

Shipments are made by Tourline Express throughout Spain. Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. will be delivered the next day before 7:00 p.m. (weekdays only).
- For orders placed after 17:00 they will be shipped the next day (working days only).
- Shipping prices are € 6.05 (Peninsula), € 18.15 (Balearic Islands and Canary Islands) and € 30.25 (Ceuta and Melilla) VAT included. The prices are for transport, they do not include other types of fees that may apply in certain areas such as customs fees.
- Prices for the Canary Islands are exempt from 21% VAT. To see the prices are VAT you must register and enter your address.
- For orders over € 99, postage is free (Peninsula) and € 150 for the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Available forms of payment: Bank transfer, Credit Card (with BBVA payment gateway), PayPal and Cash on delivery.
Depending on the payment method, a commission for administrative expenses will be applied on the value of the payment.
- Bank transfer (commission: € 0): once the transfer is received, we will proceed to send the order.
- Credit card with BBVA payment gateway (€ 0 commission): Pay safely with any credit / debit card, payment is made instantly.
- PayPal (commission: 3.5%): you can pay using this famous and secure platform.
- Cash on Delivery (3.5% commission): use this option and you can make the payment once your order is received.
You have 15 days from receipt of the order to request a return.
We recommend that you review the order as soon as you receive it
From the moment you receive your order at your home, you have 15 days to contact us and inform that you want to make a return. The product must be kept in its original state with the labels, without stains or odors. Returns will not be accepted without prior notice and returns will only be made once the status of the returned products has been reviewed.
In case of defective products or errors on our part:
If upon receiving your order you find any type of defect or an error on our part (sizes, colors, etc ... different from those chosen) we will replace it with the same product in perfect condition and without any additional charge for you. If we do not have stock of the product, you can choose between returning the money or changing it for another product in the store.
Whenever you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or exchange it for another size or product. In this case, we will refund the amount of the returned product (except shipping costs) by means of a credit card or a bank transfer depending on the form of payment you will use when purchasing the product. The cost of collecting the product is 6 euros. Keep in mind that the total cost of changing a product is 3 times the shipping costs, for the costs of the return and the new shipment.
